This EULA governs your use of the CRAFTXIBITION online exhibitor registration, booth selection and management portal.
Organiser: The Sophie’s Choice Sdn. Bhd. (trading as “The Friendship Diplomacy – TeeFDee”) (“Organiser”)
Portal: CRAFTXIBITION Exhibitor online system for registration, booth selection and related services (“Portal”).
By creating an exhibitor account, submitting a registration, selecting a booth, or otherwise using the Portal, you (“Exhibitor”) agree to be bound by this EULA and the CRAFTXIBITION Exhibitor Registration & Participation Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
You may use the Portal only for CRAFTXIBITION exhibitor registration, booth selection and related event administration. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Portal, or interfere with its security.
You remain responsible for all content you upload (logos, images, documents, etc.). You confirm you have the rights to use and share this content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws. You grant the Organiser a non-exclusive licence to use this content for event administration and promotion.
The Organiser will handle personal data submitted through the Portal in line with applicable Malaysian laws and its Privacy Policy. Data is used to manage exhibitor registration, booth allocation, invoicing, security, and communications relating to SEAMEX.
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Portal use.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
